Plan credits and top-ups share one balance for Agent, images, videos, previews, and your published apps. There is no need to allocate credits in advance. Each service is charged at its own usage rate. Free allowances apply to their named uses and are used first.
You receive 8,000 free creation credits on your first session, then 1,000 on each day you open ExaSpark, valid that day, up to 20,000 a month. Once you publish an app, the free app-running allowance is 5,000 a month, you can keep 5 apps published, and published apps show the ExaSpark badge.
Monthly plans renew and grant credits every month. Annual plans cost 20% less, grant the full year's credits after payment, and renew yearly.
Paid monthly credits roll over for one extra cycle; annual credits expire at the end of the subscription year; credit packs stay valid for 12 months. Free creation credits last for the day they are granted and the free app-running allowance for its month, so neither accumulates.
When no eligible credits remain, new creation pauses and published apps throttle. A top-up restores normal use. Paid plans with a payment method can continue within their overage allowance; overage costs more than a credit pack.
Paid subscription upgrades are prorated and update your plan and credits after payment. Downgrades and yearly-to-monthly changes take effect next period. Manage auto-renewal from the credits page.
Subscriptions and credit packs use Stripe-hosted Checkout. ExaSpark never stores your card details, and credits are added automatically after payment.
Viewers are free and unlimited. Collaborators take a builder seat, so upgrade when seats run out. Every member's usage draws from the team's shared credits.
